No. You are not buying or paying for anything. For now we are only asking you to register your interest, without obligation, so that we can put the trees together with love, and we will get in touch as soon as it works out.

For this we save your name, your selection and your email address. When the time comes, we write to you once — with the final price and delivery date. Only then do you decide whether to order. We only start production once enough people have registered interest; we cannot name a delivery date yet.

No, all prices on this site are provisional and apply only to a later order. We’ll set the final prices once our purchase prices are fixed, and tell you before you place a binding order.

All prices include 19% VAT. Delivery is free of shipping costs.

A delivery date has not been set yet. We only start production once enough people have registered interest. As soon as it works out, we’ll get in touch and give you the delivery date before you order.

Delivery is planned to Germany and Austria, free of shipping costs. We don’t deliver to Switzerland for now. This only becomes binding with a later order; we will give you the details beforehand.

In the configurator you choose the size, finish, colour, pattern and cap for every group of baubles. You can also add lettering to individual baubles in M (8 cm) or L (10 cm) (up to 10 characters on M, 14 on L) — a name or a year, for example — and choose the typeface and lettering colour.

By registering interest you haven’t ordered anything, so there is nothing to return. You can have your registration deleted at any time: just write to us via the contact form.

Withdrawal, returns and warranty apply only to a later order; we will give you the terms before you order. For baubles made to your specifications (for example with a name), the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded (Section 312g(2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code, BGB). We will point this out to you expressly before you order.

Depending on the bauble, glass or plastic. We will tell you which bauble is made of which material before you place a binding order. Which manufacturer makes them and where they come from has not been decided yet; you will learn that beforehand too.

The images on this website are photorealistic 3D visualisations (renderings) of the sets. Our aim is for the real products to come as close to the image as possible. There are no real samples yet; differences in colour and shine are possible, and before you order we will tell you honestly where there are differences.

We will set this out in the terms of sale and give you the details before you order. Registering interest ships nothing, so nothing can break.

For a later order, your statutory rights apply, such as the right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The exact conditions will be in the withdrawal policy, which we will show you before you order. By registering interest you haven’t ordered anything.
